`State requires notification of parents after an underage drinking violation
Students under the age of 21 have more than the law to worry about when they get caught with underage drinking. According to Pa. crimes code 6308, which covers the purchase, consumption and transportation of alcohol, the parents of the alcohol minor will be contacted following a citation.
