It was a Jekyll and Hyde type of week for the Marauder men’s soccer team as they defeated East Stroudsburg 4-0, and then had to stage a comeback against Gannon to win 3-2.

It was a good week for the Marauder Men’s soccer team as they defeated Lock Haven 3-0 to move to 7-1 in the season, and 4-0 within the conference.

The Marauder Men’s soccer team had a very successful 2008 campaign, going 18-3-1 and reached the Quarterfinals of the NCAA Division II Men’s Tournament where they tied Northern Kentucky 1-1 but eventually lost in Penalty Kick’s 5-4.

Marauders win easily in their home opener
The Millersville Men’s Basketball Team never trailed on Saturday, beginning with a short jumper in the paint 17 seconds into the contest as junior guard Jason Blake put home the first Millersville basket of the 2008-2009 season. Following the make the Marauders turned on the cruise control keeping Penn State Abington in their rear view for the rest of the day as the team opened their season with an 80-51 win against the visiting team.
