Brian Henninger, a 24 year-old, Speech Communications major with an option in Broadcasting, chose an independent study that has turned into an inspiring project.
Henninger, a senior graduating in December signed up for an advanced broadcasting class, which was then canceled three weeks before the beginning of the semester because not enough students registered to take the class.
Not only are we feeling the crunch that comes with the end of a semester, but as college students, many of us are also feeling the financial crunch. Not only do we have to place focus and priority on academics, but we also have to deal with student bills, loans, and this mess we call financial aid.
Starting in 2010, colleges and universities will be required by the U.S. Department of Education to report their enrollment figures using new ethnicity and race codes. Current students need to update their codes when prompted by their MAX account.
