The 2009 football season for the Millersville Marauders is underway. Opening the season on the 28th, The Marauders hoped to improve from their one win season a year ago. They traveled to Worchester, Massachusetts to take on Assumption College.

Softball puts an end to slump

The Millersville softball team exploded for 21 runs in a doubleheader against Clarion Saturday afternoon. After a difficult stretch against some of the top teams in the PSAC, the Marauders defeated Clarion 15-3 and 6-4. The doubleheader against Kutztown on Friday was postponed until Tuesday and was again postponed until Wednesday.
