Breast and Testicular cancer self-evaluations explained
While self-examination for certain cancers will not prevent the disease, it does increase your chance of discovering the cancer in its earliest stages, when treatment is most effective. If you know your body, you can be aware of changes, which can indicate health problems to see your doctor about. Health Services provides a woman’s examination that includes a Pap smear, breast exam and pelvic exam for registered Millersville University students. They also offer testicular examinations for men.
