April 12, 2010 at 6:00 p.m.
There was a retail theft and harassment at the North Side Bistro. Victim forms were given, information was distributed, and the investigation continues.

April 13, 2010 at 1:29 a.m.
MUPD assisted Millersville Borough with a theft on the 200 block of North George Street. A report was filed.

April 11, 2010 at 4:09 p.m.
The fire alarm in Hobbs Hall was activated when someone burned Easy Mac. The fire department was not dispatched to the scene.

April 13, 2010 at 5:35 p.m.
Benjamin Nelson Sr. of Philadelphia, was cited for disorderly conduct and in violation of Act 64 for having a small amount of marijuana.

April 14, 2010 at 10:10 p.m.
A fight in progress was reported at the SMC. The fight was not in progress upon arrival. A report was filed.

April 18, 2010 at 1:21 a.m.
There was a vehicle stop on the 200 block of North Prince Street for a stop sign violation and they were charged with DUI. The DUI charge is now pending, and a report was filed.

April 18, 2010 at 5:05 p.m.
There was criminal mischief, trespassing, narcotics, and paraphernalia at 139 North Prince Street. The building was searched, evidence was seized, photos were taken and maintenance was dispatched.

April 19, 2010 at 7:35 p.m.
Corinne Daley of Hershey, Pa was cited with disorderly conduct and having a small amount of marijuana at Gaige Hall. A report was taken.

Three people were charged with having a small amount of marijuana at Gaige Hall. A report was taken.

April 19, 2010 at 9:01 p.m.
There were suspicious persons at the tool shed by the baseball field. The suspects were detained and then released. A report was filed.
