Criminal Mischief occurred in Gauge Hall. Decorations were torn down. An investigation was conducted, and a report was taken.

An Automated External Defibrillator, or AED, was taken from The Cove. The serial number of the unit was taken, a report was taken, and the safety department was notified. It was closed the same day.

A Hit and Run occurred at the first block of George St. The mirror was torn off and information was taken.

There was a possible ID theft with an MU ID that was used to purchase food at the SMC.

MUPD assisted Millersville Borough with a Domestic Assault that occurred on Lynn Lane. A report was filed.

There was a disturbance in the lobby of the SMC. Two males had a dispute and were fighting. The suspects were gone upon arrival. A report was taken.

MUPD assisted Millersville Borough with a fight on Hillview Ave. Nothing was found, but a report was filed.

There was a theft at The Cove. A person’s credit card was stolen along with $10.00 in cash. Information was taken.

February 7, 2010 at 2:53 a.m.
A person was cited with Underage Drinking when he was found passed out in the eighth floor bathroom of Burrowes Hall. The person was transported to Lancaster Regional Medical Center, and a citation was filed.
