The following information was compiled from the Millersville University Police Department’s Daily Docket, and the Arrest Docket. Both of which are considered public record.

January 26, 2010 at 3:35 p.m.
A bicycle was stolen from the Prince St Garage. An Investigation is still ongoing.

January 28, 2010 at 10:31 p.m.
A theft was reported from Wickersham Hall. The value of the theft was between $50 and $200. An investigation is ongoing.

January 30, 2010 at 12:13 a.m.
Dontay Holland was arrested at the SMC for public drunkenness. Holland was transported to Lancaster Regional Medical Center.

Ismaldo Adames were arrested at the SMC for public drunkenness. Adames was transported to Lancaster Regional Medical Center.

MUPD assisted Millersville Borough with a large fight that was reported at 66 University Drive.

Jason Swavely was charged with underage drinking in a parked car outside of the Palmer building.

Daniel J Zell was stopped at the first block of N George St. and charged with driving under suspension, having a expired registration, and having no registration card. Zell was not charged with a DUI.
