The following information was compiled from the Millersville University Police Department’s Daily Docket, and the Arrest Docket. Both of which are considered public record.

09-1097
December 10, 2009 at 7:38 p.m.
Bryon T Jefferson III was charged with three counts of indecent assault, and one count of unlawful restraint at 809 Lenhardt Hall. Jefferson was cleared by arrest.

Threats were called in and keywords kill, bomb, and phone were used. An investigation was started and was closed the same day. The threat was also reported to the Threat Assessment Team.

December 12, 2009 at 2:59 a.m.
A Juvenile at 211 Hull Hall was cited for under aged drinking.

December 21, 2009 at 4:25 p.m.
Daniel J Zell was stopped at the first block of N George St. and charged with DUI and having expired registration, and having no registration card.

January 18, 2010 at 12:05 a.m.
Christopher J April was charged with public intoxication on the 4th floor of Burrowes Hall. April was cleared by arrest.

January 18, 2010 at 3:10 a.m.
MUPD assisted Millersville Borough with a burglary that occurred on Prince St. A report was filed.

January 20, 2010 at 9:00 p.m.
A laptop, laptop case, and a textbook were stolen from The Cove. A report was taken and is currently under investigation.

January 21, 2010 at 1:25 a.m.
MUPD assisted Millersville Borough with an assault outside of Sugar Bowl.

January 23, 2010 at 12:17 a.m.
A Juvenile was cited for under aged drinking at 316 Bard Hall.

January 23, 2010 at 12:57 a.m.
A Juvenile was charged with a DUI near N Prince St, and W Cottage Ave. A breath test was given, a report was filed, and the Juvenile was cleared by arrest.

January 23, 2010 at 2:18 a.m.
MUPD received a report of a rape that took place between 6:30pm and 7:00pm in the area of the swan pond. The victim has not been able to provide a description or any further details. The victim was taken to the hospital, a report was taken, and is currently under investigation.

January 26, 2010
**UPDATE** University officials and the MUPD Investigative Division have determined that the alleged assault did not take place on University property or even Lancaster County. The report is still an open investigation.

January 23, 2010 at 11:42 p.m.
Milan Keith Koneff was cited and charged with under aged drinking in the lobby of Hull Hall. A report was taken and Koneff was cleared by arrest.

January 24, 2010 at 1:27 a.m.
A Juvenile failed to obey traffic devices at Shenks Lane and Fredrick St, and was charged with DUI. A blood test was given at Lancaster Regional Medical Center, and the juvenile was cleared by arrest.

January 24, 2010 at 7:17 p.m.
Suspicious Circumstances occurred and the odor of marijuana was reported at Gaige Hall. The area was checked, nothing was found and a report was taken.
